Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S., but we hope to expand soon!

Yes! We use phthalate-free, high-quality fragrance oils and lead-free cotton wicks to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Do you offer refills for your concrete jars?
At this time, we do not offer refills, but our concrete jars can be repurposed as stylish home décor!

Absolutely! We create custom candles for weddings, corporate events, and private label branding. Reach out to discuss your vision!


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at chocolateavenuecandleco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right!

My candle arrived broken. What should I do?
Please send us an email with your order number and a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll assist you with a replacement.
